北京市中小学体育教师听评课现状调查与对策研究

The Investigation into PE Teachers ' Classes Visiting and Evaluation in Beijng

在问卷、访谈的基础上,运用统计学方法对北京市中小学体育教师听评课现状进行了调查与分析,并着重围绕"体育教师对听评课活动的认知与态度"、"体育教师在听评课活动前的准备"、"听评课活动的组织状况"三方面展开讨论,同时针对各方面存在的问题提出了相应对策。

Based on questionnaires and interviews, this dissertation investigates into PE teachers 'Classes visiting and Evaluation in Beijng by means of statistics. The result shows that the present situation of Classes visiting and Evaluation is not very optimistic, and the reasons are as follows: some PE teachers are not enthusiastic and well-prepared; the activities are not well-organized by lack of clear objectives; there is no clear division of labor among teachers who involve in Classes visiting and Evaluation. This dissertation analyzes these problems and tries to give some advices which teaching and researching in School PE may refer to.
