摘要
经过几代汽车发电机电压调节器的发展,对汽车发电机的稳压性能要求越来越高。同时,用电设备的增多使调压器需要更好的管理和判断负载情况,控制系统根据用电设备做出相应的判断。该电路调节器提出了负载响应控制和基于PWM的电压调节,另外包括过压,欠压,抛负载,转速检测等电路也被考虑进来,对各种故障进行报警并调节开启开关管的脉冲占空比,从而改善发电机的工作状况。电路芯片采用模数混合设计,对数字部分的设计进行了仿真分析,达到了设计要求。
After several generation development for the automobile generator voltage regulator, thehigher requirement is proposed for the performance of the voltage for Automotive Alternator Regulator.With the increasing electrical equipment, the regulator needs perform better on management and loadjudgment, and the control part is needed to make appropriate judgments as per the situation of theelectrical equipment. The load response control and voltage regulation based on PWM circuits aredesigned for the regulator, as well as the overvoltage, undervoltage, load dump and speed detectioncircuit. Alarm will be conducted for all kinds of faults and the duty cycle is changed by opening switch toimprove the working conditions of the generator. The circuit chip uses a mixed design. The design of thedigital is analyzed with the simulation and meets the requirements.
