面向水污染监测的轻量级MCU设计

摘要 目前,水体污染已经成为限制集约型养殖的重要因素,实时监测水体和采取预防措施是最为有效的解决办法。基于轻量级OpenRISC处理器,通过扩展常规Wishbone总线外设,定制了一款用于有效监测水质的低功耗微处理器系统,该定制系统在SMIC 65nm工艺下仅占用大约20376个等效门,功耗仅约1.8m W,系统相对通用MCU有着易扩展、功耗低的显著优势。 Nowadays, water pollution becomes an important factor to limit intensive farming. The effective solutions, real - time monitoring of water qualities and taking counter measures, are performed. Based on a lightweight OpenRISC processor, a low - power processor systems, used to monitor the water quality, is designed in this paper. The system only occupies 20376 equivalent gates in SMIC 65nm process and the power consumption is only about 1.8mW. It has advantages of easy extension and low - power consumption compared to conventional MCU.
