摘要
温度控制在工业控制中一直是富有新意的课题,对于不同的控制对象,有着不同的控制方式和模式。综合分析中央空调系统的组成、工作原理和温度控制现状,提出针对中央空调水系统的模糊PID控制策略,并进行相应的模糊PID控制器设计工作,最后以中央空调循环水的冷却水系统为控制对象进行了经典PID控制和模糊自整定PID控制的MATLAB仿真研究,结果表明当采用PID算法时,系统的超调量与调节时间,不能同时满足技术要求。当采用模糊控制时,超调量与调节时间虽然同时满足技术要求,但系统出现了稳定误差。因此将模糊控制的智能性与常规PID控制的通用性、可靠性相互结合,设计了一种参数自整定模糊PID控制器,控制效果达到了中央空调循环水温度控制系统的性能指标,是一种较为理想的智能控制方案。
The temperature control, as a new project in industrial control, has different controlmodes for the various objects. The composition, working principle and the temperature control of thecentral air conditioning system are comprehensively analyzed and its fuzzy PID control strategy is proposedto design the fuzzy PID controller. Finally, the cooling water system of central air - conditioningcirculating water is controlled to perform MATLAB simulation research of the classic PID control and fuzzyself - tuning PID control. Combining with the intelligent fuzzy control and generality and reliability ofconventional PID control, a parameter self - tuning fuzzy PID controller is designed in this paper to meetthe requirement of parameter of the temperature control system of the central air - conditioning circulatingwater. So it is an ideal intelligent control scheme.
