1978年—2014年中国环境财政研究现状及评价

The Situation and Evaluation of Environmental Fiscal Research from 1978 to 2014 in China

论文运用词频统计法和文献计量法,对CNKI收录的120篇核心期刊论文进行深入分析,评价中国环境财政研究现状。结果表明,中国环境财政研究呈现出几个特点:中国环境财政研究持续增加、研究主体集中于高等院校、研究主题突出、研究整体处在初级阶段及研究资助力度不足。建议研究者、研究机构、学术期刊和政府共同协作,促进中国环境财政研究质量有效提升,发挥环境财政对环境保护和环境治理的促进作用。

During the process of building the beautiful China, it is needed to make the best use of gathering and derivation function of financial fund. The environmental financial research provides ideas for solving resources depletion and environmental pollution. Through the evaluation and analysis of environmental financial theory, it can understand the current state of the environmental financial research and further improve the theoretical system of environmental finance. Using word frequency statistics and bibliometric method, the article makes a deep analysis to-wards 120 core journals in CNKI and evaluate the status of the financial study theory at present in China. The results show that the environmental financial research of China has several features ： the studies on environmental finance of China keep increasing; universities are main researchers; research owned prominent topics; the research is in the junior stage and the funds are in the shortage. It is recommended that researchers, research institutions, academic journals and government should work together to effectively enhance the quality of research and fully play the role of environmental finance in promoting environment protection and governance.
