对中国延迟退休年龄问题的思考

Consideration of Delay Retirement Age Problem in China

改革开放以来,我国经济和社会实现了飞速的发展。人们的生活水平和医疗水平的不断提高,使我国人口预期寿命逐渐延长,但同时也导致了人口老龄化、养老金支付压力加大等社会问题。就我国目前的经济水平和社会体制而言,延迟退休年龄对我国既有积极作用,也有消极影响。运用文献研究法和实证研究法分析得出我国延迟退休年龄具有必然性,并客观地分析延迟退休年龄对我国经济和社会所产生的影响,在此基础上综合考虑多方面因素,提出规范提前退休、实施弹性退休政策、适当提高女性退休年龄等措施确保退休年龄调整顺利推行。

Since the reform and opening, China s economy and society have achieved rapid development. The improvement of living standard and medical treatment level makes the life expectancy of the population in our country gradually extend,but it also leads to the social problems, such as aging population, increasing the pressure of pension payment and so on. Considering current economic level and social system of China, delay retirement age not only has a positive effect but also has a negative impact on our country. The study reveals that delay retirement age in China is inevitable by the method of literature research and empirical research, and it objectively evaluates the effect of delay retirement age on economy and society in China. In view of this, taking various factors into account, several suggestions are proposed, such as regulating early retirement, carrying out flexible retirement policy and adequately raising the retirement age for women and so on, to ensure the smooth implementation of the retirement age adjustment.
