摘要
分类发展是高等学校发展的理性选择,在分类发展的过程中既要适时适应,又要适度超越。适时适应是高等学校分类发展的现实需要,适应社会发展是高校分类发展的社会使命,适应高校实情是高校分类发展的行动起点,适应大学生就业是高校分类发展的动力源泉。适度超越是高校分类发展的理想诉求,适度超越社会发展,彰显高校个性;适度超越高校现实,实现高校分类的可持续发展;适度超越个人需求,实现"整体性人"的生成。适应与超越是高校分类发展中互为递进的动态过程。
Classified development is the rational choice of university development, and it is necessary to timely adapt the classification process of development as well as to moderate beyond it. To timely adapt the classification is the real need of the classification development of universities, to adapt the social development is the social mission of the classification development of universities, to adapt the reality of university is the starting point of the classifica-tion development of universities, and to adapt the employment of university students is the power source of the classification development of universities. Moderate transcendence is the ideal aspirations of the classification development of universities which moderating transcend the social development and highlighting the personality Universities ;moderate transcendence the reality of universities so as to achieve the sustainable development of classification ; moderate transcendence personal needs so as to achieve the formation of " integrity" . Adaptation and transcendence is a mutual progressive dynamic process of the classification development of universities.
