丝绸之路经济带:打造甘肃“黄金段”的战略分析

A Strategic Analysis of Gansu's Golden Section on the Silk Road Economic Belt

在新时期,在全面深化改革的攻坚阶段,丝绸之路经济带的建设不仅关系着新一轮改革开放的成败,也是用经济开放缓解改革压力的重大举措。作为丝绸之路经济带重要组成部分的甘肃省,其"黄金段"的打造不仅关系着自身的发展,对整个丝绸之路经济带也有着重要的影响。论文通过区位商的研究方法,对西北五省的产业和主要工业品进行了详细对比,对甘肃省的绝对优势和相对优势进行了分析,提出从国家、地区和省域三个层面打造新甘肃的战略构想。

In the new era, in the crucial stage of comprehensively deepen reform, the construction of the silk road economic belt is not only related to the success of the new round of reform and opening up, but also the major initiatives to alleviate the pressure of the reform by economic opening. As an important part of the Silk Road Economic Belt, the building of Gansu s golden section not only has a great relationship with its own development, but also has important influence to the whole of the Silk Road Economic Belt. In this paper, we compare the five northwestern provincesyindustry and major industrial products with the research method of location quotient in detail, then analyze the absolute advantage and comparative advantage of Gansu province. In the last, we put forward the strategic conception of building new Gansu from three aspects ： national, regional and provincial.
