基于演化博弈的中国与中亚国家能源合作分析——丝绸之路经济带建设视角

Chinese Energy Cooperation With Central Asian Countries Based on Evolutionary Game Analysis—From Silk Road Economic Belt Perspective

中国与中亚国家开展能源合作是落实丝路发展战略、维护国家经济安全稳定的关键。中国与中亚国家能源领域互补性强,合作潜力巨大,深化能源合作是双方迫切而现实的选择。论文引入演化博弈模型,分析影响中国与中亚国家能源合作发展的因素,认为可从强化中亚国家合作意愿、加强交流疏通各利益攸关方的关系、完善多边能源合作框架、提高合作的深度与广度等角度切入,推动能源合作向更高层次、更大规模发展。同时得出结论:丝绸之路经济带建设将会大大促进中国与中亚国家的能源合作进程。

Chinese energy cooperation with Central Asian countries is the key to implement the Silk Road Economic Belt Development Strategy and safeguard national economic security and stability. China and Central Asian countries are highly complementary and have great potential for cooperation in the field of energy, deepening energy cooperation is both urgent and realistic option. This article is introducing evolutionary Game model to analyze the factors affecting the energy cooperation between China and Central Asian countries, considered that to strengthen Cen-tral Asian countries cooperation willingness, to increase information exchanges and clear the relationship between the various stakeholders, to improve multilateral energy cooperation framework and to improve the depth and breadth of cooperation can promote energy cooperation to a higher level, more large-scale development. At the same time it concludes the Silk Road Economic Belt will contribute significantly to the process of energy cooperation between China and Central Asian countries.
