摘要
论文首先对京津冀三地产业结构、就业结构、人才培养合作情况进行了扼要分析,并对河北省高校毕业生存在的就业问题进行了深入研究,表明京津冀协同发展下产业结构洗牌新增就业难度,教育资源流动性不足导致资源配置欠优,就业门槛和薪资福利差距对就业不利。并据此提出转变政府职能、提升京津冀教育资源共享意识,加强区域教育合作、提高高校专业培养和服务针对性,注重学生通识教育与个性发展等建议。
In this paper, first of all, industrial structure, employment structure and personnel training cooperation situation are briefly analyzed for Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei Area, and then undr the background of the coordinated devel-opment of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei, for the problems existing university graduates employment in Hebei were studied, and it shows that industrial structure adjustment adds new employment difficulty. Due to education resources liquidity shortage, it leads to allocative resources inefficiency. The employment threshold and remuneration gap is bad for employment. Then it puts forward some suggestion such as transform government function and promotes Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei consciousness of sharing education resources, ptrengthen regional cooperation education and enhance professional training and services targeted in universities, pay attention to students general education and personality development and so on.
