质量的范畴:一门“语言”而非一个“术语”

摘要 在建设"质量强国"战略目标下,论文回顾了质量工作的过去,并指出当前存在质量发展滞后于经济发展的客观现状。而对现状的改善,首先需要从理论上明晰质量的范畴,因此着重分析了从小质量、大质量、全面质量到广义质量的"质量"概念演化过程,通过对"质量"概念自身内涵的演化进行分析,进而提出我们主观上应将"质量"这一范畴当作一门"语言"而非"术语",超越管理学视域来整合多学科、多领域、多视角观察"质量"以接近其本质。强调通过构建共同的质量语言体系来消除不同主体对"质量"二字的不同理解。 Under the background of building " quality power" country as strategic goal by the State Council, this paper reviews the quality work at the past, and points out that the quality development lags behind the economic development currently. How to improve this situation? First of all, it needs to clear the category of quality in theory, and therefore this paper focus on the analysis of evolution process of the " quality" concept from small quality, great quality, and comprehensive quality to generalized quality. Through this kind of analysis, points out that it should take " quality" as a " language" rather than " the term" , beyond the horizon of management to integrate multi- discipline, multi-field and multi-angle of view to observe the "quality" in order to approach its essence. Emphasis on the construction of a common quality language system to eliminate the different understanding of the " quality".
