桑白皮的颜色与1-脱氧野尻霉素含量的相关性研究

Study on the Relativity Between the Color of SangBaiPi and the Contents of 1-Deoxynojirimycin

目的:探讨桑白皮颜色与1-脱氧野尻霉素含量的相关性,为桑白皮的快速质量控制提供依据。方法:利用色度分析仪测量桑白皮的颜色和高效液相色谱法测定桑白皮中DNJ的含量,利用SPSS软件做相关性分析。结果:桑白皮中DNJ含量与色度值L*呈正相关,与色度值a*呈负相关,与综合颜色指标h°呈正相关。结论:根据桑白皮颜色快速判断或预测DNJ含量具有一定的可行性,同时与传统经验鉴别桑白皮色白为佳相符。

Objective： To provide the evidence for rapid quality control ofSangBaiPi（Morus alba L.） by study- ing the relativity between the color of SangBaiPi and the contents of 1-deoxynojirimycin （DNJ）. Methods： The color of SangBaiPi was detected by using color spectrophotometer, the contents of DNJ in SangBaiPi were measured by HPLC, and correlation analysis was performed by using SPSS software. Results： The contents of DNJ were positive- ly related to chromatic value L＊, negatively related to chromatic value a＊, positively related to comprehensive color index h°. Conclusion： it＇s feasible to make rapid judgrnent or prediction of the contents of DNJ according to the color of SangBaiPi, and the result is consistent with traditional experience to identify white SangBaiPi as the best product.
