气相色谱法测定辛芷滴鼻液中龙脑和异龙脑的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立辛芷滴鼻液中龙脑和异龙脑的含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法测定,DB-WAX色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm,1.0μm),载气为氮气,分流比为10∶1,柱温为140℃,进样口温度为180℃,检测器温度为200℃。结果:龙脑和异龙脑分别在17.6-282.0、11.8-188.4μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9、r=0.999 9,n=6);平均加样回收率分别为98.91%和99.45%(RSD为1.36%、1.53%,n=9)。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于辛芷滴鼻液的质量控制。 Objective: To establish content determination method of borneol and isoborneol in XinZhi nasal drops. Methods: Gas chromatography was adopted to detect DB-WAX chromatographic column (30 m×0.53 mm, 1.0 μm), carrier gas was nitrogen, split ratio 10:1, column temperature 140℃, inlet temperature 180℃ and detector temperature 200℃. Results: Borneol and isoborneol showed better linear relationship in the ranges between 17.6 and 282.0, 11.8 and 188.4 μg/mL (r=0.999 9, r=0.999 9, n=6); average recovery rates were 98.91% and 99.45% respec- tively (RSD=1.36%, 1.53%, n=9). Conclusion: The method, simple, accurate, high sensitivity and good reproducible, could be used for quality control of XinZhi nasal drops.
