摘要
《本草纲目》是中国医药学的集大成之作,其成就毋庸置疑,但在征引古籍时存在小的讹误,其中在治疗效果、药物、剂量、服用时间、药物炮制方法、养生等诸多方面的讹误直接影响到中医药临床及研究,而产生讹误的原因很多,既有明代学风空疏,好改古籍的时代因素,也有李时珍采取师意不师辞征引方式的个人因素,更有征引古籍浩瀚,种类众多的客观因素。
BenCao GangMu epitomized Chinese medicine and pharmacy, and it obtained great achievements, but there were small mistakes in quoted ancient books, especially the errors of therapeutic effects, the medicine, dosage, medication time, herbal processing method, life nurturing and others would affect clinical application and experimental study of TCM. There were many reasons of causing the errors, temporal factors of learning style in the Ming dynasty was shallow and easily correcting the ancient books, personal factor of Li Shizhen adopting the quota- tion styles of learning the meaning but not the quotation, and also the objective factor of there were a great variety of the ancient books which could be quoted.
