导师对医学硕士研究生科研指导情况的调研与分析——基于G大学的实证研究

Investigation and Analysis of the Conditions of the Supervisor Guiding Medical Postgraduates in Scientific Research: An Empirical Study Based on G University Scientific Research Guidance

目的：探讨导师对医学硕士研究生科研指导情况的分布特征。方法：以G大学全日制医学硕士研究生为调查对象,采用“G大学医学硕士研究生科研活动状况”调查问卷,分年级抽样调查,分析导师对医学硕士研究生科研指导情况的分布特点。结果：导师对医学硕士研究生在科研方面平均每月指导次数主要为3-5次（31.58%）;对研究生的科研帮助主要集中在课题设计指导方面（74.47%）;研究生主要参与了导师课题中的资料搜集、整理与分析环节（65.41%）;研究生与导师的关系主要为传统型师徒关系（47.37%）;研究生的科研劳务费大部分未发过（59.40%）;大部分研究生对导师的科研指导表示满意（81.20%）。结论：基于此项调查可初步总结出导师对医学硕士研究生科研指导情况的分布特征,为建立完善的导师培养研究生制度提供客观依据。

Objective： To explore the distribution features of the supervisor guiding medical postgraduates in scientific research. Methods： The distribution features of the supervisor guiding medical postgraduate in scientific re- search were reviewed through grade sampling survey, full-time medical postgraduates of G University were taken as the respondents and the questionnaires of ＂scientific research activities of medical postgraduates of G University＂ were adopted. Results： The number of the supervisor guiding medical postgraduates each month were three to five times （31.58%）; scientific help for the postgraduates mainly focused on project design and guidance （74.47%）; the postgraduate mainly participated the links of data collecting, processing and analysis of the supervisor＇s projects （65.41%）; the relationship between the postgraduate and the supervisor was traditional master-apprentice relation （47.37%）; most of scientific service charge of the postgraduate were unpaid （59.40%）; most of the postgraduates were satisfied with the supervisor＇s scientific research guidance （81.20%）. Conclusion： According to the survey, it could summarize the distribution of supervisor guiding medical postgraduates in scientific research, to provide the objective basis for establishing a sound postgraduate training system.
