活络止痛软膏联合体外冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎62例

HuoLuo ZhiTong Ointment Jointed with Extracorporeal Shock Wave in Treating 62 Cases of Plantar Fasciitis

目的：观察活络止痛软膏配合体外冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将足底筋膜炎患者124例随机分为治疗组和对照组各62例,2组均予体外冲击波疗法,2次/周,4次为1个疗程,治疗组、对照组在此基础上分别外用活络止痛软膏、双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂5 g/次,2~3次/d,足底涂擦并轻揉3~5分钟,使药物全部吸收,治疗2周后,比较2组的疗效及临床症状积分。结果：治疗后2组患者的疼痛积分均较治疗前好转（P〈0.05）,治疗后2组临床疗效和疼痛积分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：活络止痛软膏配合体外冲击波疗法能够有效缓解足底筋膜炎症状,与双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂配合体外冲击波疗法效果相当。

Objective： To observe curative effects ofHuoLuo ZhiTong ointment combined with extracorporeal shock wave （ESW） in treating plantar fasciitis. Methods： All 124 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 62 cases each group, both groups accepted ESW therapy, twice per week, four times were one course of the treatment, the treatment group and the control group were given HuoLuo ZhiTong ointment and diclofenac diethylamine emulgel externally, 5g each time, twice to three times per day, applying to the sole of the foot, and softly massaging for three to five minutes till the herbs were absorbed completely, clinical effects of both groups and clinical symptom integrals were compared after treating in two weeks. Results： After treating, the disease conditions of both groups improved notably, and the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison of clinical effects and clinical symptom integrals after treating （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： HuoLuo ZhiTong ointment combined with ESW could effectively relieve the symptoms of plantar fasciitis, its effects are equivalent to these of diclofenac diethylamine emulgel combined with ESW.
