穴位注射联合按摩对乳腺癌术后患者肢体功能恢复的影响

The Effects of Acupoint Injection Combined with Massage on Limb Functional Recovery of the Patients after the Operation of Breast Cancer

目的:探讨穴位注射联合按摩对乳腺癌术后患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法:将乳腺癌术后患者120例随机分为2组各60例,观察组采用穴位注射联合按摩治疗,对照组常规治疗;以肩关节功能、肢体发生并发症、生活质量为观察指标,评价2组患者肢体功能恢复情况。结果:观察组在改善患者术后关节活动度、减少患肢并发症以及在提高患者生活质量方面,与对照比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射联合按摩可有效改善乳腺癌术后患者的患肢功能,提高其生活质量。

Objective： To observe the influence of acupoint injection combined with massage on limb func- tional recovery of the patients after the surgery of breast cancer. Methods： All 120 patients were randomized into two groups, 60 cases each group, the observation group adopted acupoint injection combined with massage, and the con- trol group routine treatment, limb function recovery of the patients in both groups were assessed by observing the in- dexes of shoulder joint function, the complications of the limbs and quality of life. Results： There was statistical dif- ference in the comparison between the observation group and the control group in improving joint range of motion of the patients after the operation, reducing the complications of the limbs and raising quality of life （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion： Acupoint injection combined with massage could effectively improve limb function and quality of life of the patients after the surgery of breast cancer.
