摘要
从参附注射液、银杏叶制剂、其他用于预防治疗术后认知功能障碍(POCD)的中药制剂、术后认知功能障碍的预防4方面入手探讨中药制剂对术后认知功能障碍的治疗,指出中药制剂预防治疗POCD的临床疗效显著,但其在流行病学、病因学、发病机制、治疗和预防方面均存在众多未知领域,进一步研究中药制剂对POCD的治疗作用具有深远意义。
Herbal preparations in treating postoperative cognitive dysfunction （POCD） is explored from ShenFu injection, ginkgo leaf preparations, other herbal preparations in preventing and treating POCD and the prevention of POCD, herbal preparations are effective in preventing and treating POCD, but there still exists many unknown areas in the epidemiology, etiology, nosogenesis, the therapy and the prevention, further study on herbal preparations in treating POCD possesses profound significance.
