摘要
针对某企业冬季生产-35#低凝柴油、夏季生产0#柴油的技术需求,开发了冬、夏季灵活生产清洁柴油的加氢精制/改质组合技术。在氢分压6.4 MPa、氢油体积比500∶1、总体积空速1.5 h^(-1)和反应温度(315~350)℃条件下,生产的-35#低凝柴油十六烷值达48.2,硫含量1.8μg·g^(-1);0#柴油十六烷值达53.1,硫含量1.0μg·g^(-1),产品性质均达到国Ⅴ车用柴油指标要求,冬季和夏季方案生产的柴油产品均可直接作为国Ⅴ车用柴油调和组分,表明研发的柴油加氢改质技术具有灵活性、实用性和先进性。
To meet the demand of producing -35# low freezing point diesel in winter and 0# diesel in summer, the hydrogen refining/upgrading combination technology to flexibly produce clean diesel both in winter and summer was developed. Under the operation condition of hydrogen pressure 6.4 MPa, hydro- gen/oil volume ratio 500: 1, space velocity 1.5 h-1 and reaction temperature (315 -350) ℃,the cetane number and sulfur content of -35# low freezing point diesel were 48.2 and 1.8 μg·g-1, respectively, and the cetane number and sulfur content of 0# diesel reached 53. 1 and 1.0 μg·g-1, respectively. -35# Low freezing point diesel and 0# diesel could reach the standards of the national V diesel, and could be directly used as diesel blending components, which showed that the developed hydroupgrading technology was flexible, practical and advanced.
