摘要 为研究阿里红各活性部位对奶牛乳房炎致病菌的抑菌活性。提取阿里红多糖、多酚、黄酮、生物碱及挥发油,并对各有效部位成分进行了含量测定。通过体外抑菌试验,检测各有效部位对奶牛乳房炎常见致病菌金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli)及链球菌(Streptococcus)的抑菌作用。结果表明,阿里红黄酮和生物碱对3种致病菌均具有一定的抑菌作用,且对金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌的抑菌作用最强,可以作为抗金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌进一步研究的材料。 In order to research on different active components from Fomes officinalis against pathogenic bacteria of cow mastitis in vitro, total polysaccharides, polyphenols, flavonoids, alkaloids and volatile oil were extracted and their contents were measured. According to the main pathogens of cow mastitis (Staph- ylococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli and Streptococcus), we determined the inhibition effects of active components of Fomes officinalis in vitro. The results indicated that flavonoids and alkaloids of Fomes officinalis had obvious effects on the all kinds of pathogens of cow mastitis. Flavonoids and alkaloids possessed better activity to Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus in three pathogens and would be as the materials for further research.
