细菌介导的肿瘤治疗研究进展

摘要 虽然针对肿瘤治疗的化学合成药物、天然提取物、基因工程药物和靶向性药物得到了快速发展,但还达不到治疗肿瘤的效果。一些细菌,尤其是厌氧或兼性厌氧菌可在肿瘤组织内定殖,而且有效抑制肿瘤的生长。随着生物技术的发展,人们改造了一系列厌氧或兼性厌氧菌,降低其毒性的同时,利用肿瘤靶向定殖的能力,使之作为携带治疗分子的载体,为肿瘤治疗提供了新的方向。如果细菌介导肿瘤治疗,以宠物临床应用为目的,做进一步深入研究,可为宠物肿瘤提供更理想的治疗方案。 The tumor drugs have been rapidly developed such as chemosyntheses, herbal medicines, and gene therapy in recently, but we could not reach efficiently treatment of cancer. The tumor was colonized and suppressed by anaerobic or facultative anaerobic bacteria. The researcher reduced toxicity of anaerobic or facultative anaerobic bacteria and carried therapeutic molecules using new biotechnology,which provided a new direction for cancer therapy. If bacteria mediated tumor therapy can be used in pet clinicity,may pro- vide new strategy for tumor therapy for dogs.
