混合能源密集型烟叶烤房烘烤试验 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高烟叶的烘烤质量,降低烘烤能耗与人力成本,本文采用煤、电、油作为供热能源,配套密集烤房作为试验烤房,与传统的单能源密集烤房进行烘烤对比试验,其中:两类烤房的鲜烟叶的装烟量为4500 kg左右,采用挂竿方式进行烘烤。结果表明:与普通密集烤房相比,混合能源密集烤房中1 kg干烟的能耗为2.2元,降低了0.8元。对两类烤房烘烤的烟叶进行评级,混合能源密集烤房的上中等烟的比例达81.46%,比普通烤房比例高出6.91%;混合能源密集烤房的1 kg干烟的收购均价为21.92元,比普通烤房高出0.43元。 In order to improve the baking quality of tobacco leaves and reduce energy consumption and labor costs of baking, coal, electricity and oil were taken as the heating energy source and the equipped bulk curing barn was taken as the experiment curing barn to conduct a comparative baking test with the traditional single en- ergy bulk curing barn. The fresh tobacco capacity of the two types of barn is about 4500kg and the baking adopts the way of pole hanging. The results show : compared with the ordinary bulk curing barn, the energy consumption of lkg dry tobacco of multiple-energy bulk curing barn is 2.2yuan, 0.8yuan lowered. The tobacco leaves baked of the two types of curing barn were graded. It is found that the percentage of medium and high class of tobacco of the multiple-energy bulk curing barn reaches 81.46%, 6.91% higher than the traditional curing barn; the purchase price per kilogram of the tobacco from the multiple-energy bulk curing barn is 21.92 yuan, 0.43yuan higher than that of the traditional one.
