摘要
对我国战略性新兴产业国际化发展的背景和意义进行分析,指出战略性新兴产业国际化发展的困难及重点所在,在此基础上探讨战略性新兴产业国际化发展战略。我国战略性新兴产业向国际化发展,面临国外市场开拓不够存在改变我国产品国际形象、遇到产业国际化发展实践缺乏理论指导等困难。所要探讨的战略性新兴产业的国际化发展战略,既包括战略性新兴产业国际化发展的整体战略,也包含节能环保产业等七个战略性新兴产业的分战略。要从市场、产品、技术和企业投资四个方面,对战略性新兴产业国际化发展进行战略突破。
This paper analyzes the background and significance of the international development of China's strategic emerging indus- tries, studies the difficulties and focus on international development of strategic emerging industries and discusses the strategic emerging industry internationalization development strategy. The process of the internationalization of China's strategic emerging industries faces three aspects of the background such as the insufficient development of foreign market and so on, exists six aspects such as changing international image of China' s products and so on, and also encounters three aspects of difficulties like the lack of theoretical guidance of practice of industrial internationalization etc.. This paper discusses the overall strategy of international development of China's strategic emerging industry, as well as seven sub - strategies of strategic emerging industries such as energy - saving environmental protection industry. The interna- tional development of China's strategic emerging industries is supposed to breakthrough from four aspects, which are the market, products, technology and enterprise investment.
