摘要
通过村民、"村官"工作管理者以及大学生"村官"的视角,很容易看到大学生"村官"政策在实施的过程中农村地区所发生的主要变化。同时,也不难发现现行大学生"村官"政策依然存在着培训设计与薪酬设计相对不足、流动路径设计缺乏有效性等问题,需要相关部门强化培训领域的政策设计与调整原有薪酬政策,解决大学生"村官"服务期满后流动路径的问题。
From the perspective of villagers, administrators and village officials, the changes China' s rural areas have been undergoing can be easily witnessed as policies related to college-graduate village officials are implemented. Meanwhile, it is not difficult to point out the main problems, such as lack of training plan, of reasonable payment system and of promotion and mobility system. The governmental departments involved should make efforts to solve all these problems.
