家蝇幼虫酶解物对黄羽蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响

摘要 试验旨在探讨日粮中添加家蝇幼虫酶解物0.2%对黄羽蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。采用完全随机试验设计,选用24周龄的黄羽蛋鸡144羽随机分成3个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复16羽。其中对照组日粮中未添加鱼粉或家蝇幼虫酶解物、试验Ⅰ组日粮中添加了鱼粉0.2%、试验Ⅱ组日粮中添加家蝇幼虫酶解物0.2%。研究家蝇幼虫酶解物对黄羽蛋鸡的产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮中添加家蝇幼虫酶解物0.2%对产蛋率和产蛋量没有显著影响(P>0.05),显著降低了采食量(P<0.05),有降低料蛋比的趋势(P>0.05);对蛋形指数、蛋壳相对重和蛋黄中的蛋白质没有显著影响(P>0.05),显著降低了蛋清中的蛋白质含量(P<0.05),蛋壳厚度、哈夫单位和蛋黄中脂肪含量略有提高(P>0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加家蝇幼虫酶解物0.2%有提高黄羽蛋鸡蛋品质的趋势,可以带来一定的经济收益。 This study aimed to investigate the effects of housefly larvae hydrolysate of 0.2% added to the basic diet on laying performance and egg quality of Yellow-feathered layers. Using completely randomized design, one hundred and forty-four and 24-week-old Yellow-feathered layers were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 3replicates of 16 hens per replicate. The control group was fed basal diets, and treatmentⅠ and treatmentⅡwere fed basal diet with 0.2% fish meal and 0.2% housefly larvae hydrolysate respectively.The results showed that: compared with control group, there were no significant difference in the rate of producing eggs and quantity of eggs(P〈0.05),and the feed intake was decreased significantly(P〈0.05) and the ratio of feed to egg tended to decrease(P〈0.05) in supplemented 0.2% housefly larvae hydrolysate. There were no significant difference in egg shape index, eggshell relative weight and protein in yolk(P〈0.05), and significantly reduce the protein in albumen(P〈0.05), with a slight increased in the eggshell thickness, the Haugh unit and the fat contents of yolk(P〈0.05). The results showed thatadded housefly larvae hydrolysate of 0.2% to the basic diet of Yellow-feathered layers had a trend to improve the quality of eggs and achieved the economic benefits.
