过瘤胃氨基酸在反刍动物生产中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 蛋白质营养的核心是氨基酸平衡,在低蛋白水平下补给适量的氨基酸使其达到平衡,能提高蛋白质的利用率,满足反刍动物的营养需要以达到最好的生产效果。如果直接添加氨基酸,由于瘤胃微生物的作用会使部分氨基酸降解扰乱瘤胃内环境,达不到提高小肠可消化蛋白的目的。在日粮中添加适量的过瘤胃氨基酸可提高小肠可吸收氨基酸的数量、平衡小肠氨基酸营养以达到提高生产性能的目的。目前在反刍动物上应用价值较大的两种过瘤胃氨基酸为过瘤胃赖氨酸(RPLys)和过瘤胃蛋氨酸(RPMet)。文章综述了RPLys和RPMet在牛羊生产中的应用。 The core of protein nutrition is the amino acid balance. Providing moderate amount of amino acids in the low protein level can make it reach the balance, improving the efficiency of utilization of protein and meeting the needs of the nutrition of the ruminants. But the degradation of partial amino acid may disturb the rumen environment and can not improve the digestive protein of the small intestine because of the effect of rumen microorganisms if amino acids are added directly. Rumen-protected amino acids in the diets can improve the amount of rumen-protected amino acids and balance the nutrition in the small intestine. At present, rumen-protected lysine(RPLys) and rumen-protected methionine(RPMet) are two kinds of most valuable amino acids used in ruminants. This article aimed to find out the most suitable RPMet and RPLys for the production of their in the future.
