Research Progress Review on National Marine Parks in China

海洋生态文明是生态文明建设中不可忽视的重要组成部分,国家海洋公园又是实现海洋生态文明的一种有效形式。我国关于国家海洋公园的研究主要集中在概念解析、保护与开发的关系、建设实践以及经营管理等方面;但在保护与开发关系研究上总体以定性理论分析为主,缺乏定量方法的运用;建设实践研究主要集中在功能区空间划分,缺乏海洋公园空间结构与功能关系的深入研究;经营管理研究缺乏科学体制的探讨。因此提出加强定量分析方法的运用,加强中微观尺度研究,完善国家海洋公园管理体制,开展利益相关者之间关系协调研究等对策建议。

Marine ecological civilization is an important part of ecological civilization, and the national marine park is an effective form for the realization of marine ecological civilization. The present research of national marine parks mainly focuses on four aspects： the concept, the relationship between protection and exploitation, the construction and the management. However, there are some shortcomings, such as the lack of quantitative methods on the relationship between protection and development, the lack of deep research on the relationship between structure and function, and the lack of scientific system of management. Therefore, this paper puts forward four suggestions： to introduce the quantitative analysis method, to strengthen the medium-micro scale study, to deepen the management system and to research the coordination relation between stakeholders.
