Rawls' Theory of Procedural Justice and Its Enlightenment

罗尔斯在《正义论》中,将程序正义分为三类:完善的程序正义、不完善的程序正义和纯粹的程序正义,在之后的《政治自由主义》中,他提出实质正义、重叠共识等概念,完善了程序正义理论。文章阐述了罗尔斯的程序正义理论及修正,并从对程序的重视、对人的尊重以及对我国的启示三个角度谈了对程序正义的看法。

In A Theory of Justice, Rawls divides the procedural justice into three categories： perfect procedural justice, imperfect procedural justice and pure procedural justice. In his Political Liberalism, he proposes the concepts of substantive justice and overlapping consensus, improving the theory of procedural justice. This paper expounds Rawls＇ theory of procedural justice and its amendment, and discusses procedural justice from the aspects of the importance of the procedure, the respect of the people and the enlightenment to our country.
