复方青黛贴片对复发性口腔溃疡的治疗作用观察

Effect of compound indigo naturalis paster on treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

目的:探讨复方青黛贴片对复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的治疗效果。方法:选取2015年5月~2016年5月收治的140例ROU患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各70例;对照组采用复方青黛贴片于早、中、晚餐后及睡前60 min进行粘贴治疗,连用7 d,口服维生素B2 5 mg/次,3次/d,维生素C 0.2 g/次,3次/d,连服4周;观察组在对照组基础上口服知柏地黄丸8丸/次,3次/d,连用4周;测定治疗前及治疗后3、7 d充血面积及溃疡面积,流式细胞仪测定外周血T细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+细胞比率,全自动血生化分析仪测定免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig A、Ig M值。结果:随着治疗时间的延长,两组充血面积及溃疡面积较治疗前逐渐缩小,观察组溃疡面积缩小程度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+升高,CD8^+降低,观察组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组IgA、IgG、IgM值无明显变化,与本组治疗前及组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方青黛贴片联合知柏地黄丸可有效调节ROU患者T细胞亚群平衡状态,改善免疫功能,缩小充血面积及溃疡面积,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the effect of compound indigo naturalis paster on treatment of recurrent oral ulcer（ ROU）.Methods： A total of 140 patients with ROU who were admitted in our hospital from May,2015 to May,2016 were included in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group with 70 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given compound indigo naturalis paster,taken after breakfast,lunch,and supper,and 60 min before sleep,continuously for 7 d,vitamin B2,5 mg / time,3 times / d,and vitamin C,0. 2 g / time,3 times / d,continuously for 4 weeks. On this basis,the patients in the observation group were given Zhibo Dihuang Pill,8 pills / time,3 times / d,continuously for 4 weeks. The congestion area and ulcer area before treatment and 3,7d after treatment were detected. FCM was used to detect the peripheral blood T cell subsets（ CD3-＋,CD4-＋,CD8-＋,and CD4-＋/ CD8-＋）. The full automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the values of IgG,IgA,and IgM. Results： With the extending of treatment time,the congestion area and ulcer area were significantly reduced when compared with the before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the reduced degree in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,CD3-＋,CD4-＋,and CD4-＋/ CD8-＋were significantly elevated,while CD8 ＋ was significantly reduced when compared with the before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and those in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the values of IgG,IgA,and IgM were not significantly changed when compared with the before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Compound indigo naturalis paster in combined with Zhibo Dihuang pill in the treatment of ROU can effectively regulate the balance state of T cell subsets,improve the immunological function,shrink the congestion area and ulcer area,and enhance the therapeutic effect;therefore,it deserves to be widely recommended in the clinic.
