摘要
目的:确定、分析和评价某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂存在的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,评价其职业病危害防护技术措施。方法:采用工程分析、职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法进行综合分析。结果:该厂生产过程中产生或存在的主要职业病危害因素有氨、硫化氢、甲硫醇、氯化氢、硫氧化物(SOx)、氮氧化物(NOx)、氟化氢、一氧化碳、重金属、有机类(二噁英类、呋喃、多氯联苯、多环芳香烃、氯苯和氯酚等)、高温、噪声、生物有害因素等。结论:该厂职业病危害因素种类繁多且较为复杂,应采取工程防护、个体防护、应急防护、密闭空间作业防护、职业卫生管理等各项措施保护劳动者身体健康。
Objective To clear occupational hazard factors in certain municipal solid waste incineration power plant in order to analyze hazard degree,to evaluate the effects of the equipment on occupational hazard control. Methods The comprehensive evaluation was conducted by engineering analysis,occupational health field investigation,occupational health detection methods. Results The main occupational hazard factors that exist in this plant are ammonia,H2 S,methylmercaptan,HCl,SOx,NOx,HF,CO,heavy metals,organic substances,high temperature,noise and biological harmful factors,etc. Conclusion The occupational risk factors in this plant are complicated. The protective measures of engineering,individual protection,emergency, airtight space and occupational health management should be taken to protect laborers health.
