摘要
顶岗支教是师范生培养方式改革的实践探索,对于这一实践需要理论层面的关照和回应。本研究运用问卷调查、访谈、内容分析等多种方法,研究了顶岗支教对师范生专业认同的影响。研究结果显示,顶岗支教使师范生的职业认同感得到显著增强,但存在职业认同与职业选择的现实矛盾;有效提升了师范生的学科专业认同,但不同学科存在显著差异;使师范生对专业自我的认知更为清晰,但面临不同程度的角色冲突。为此,需要采取相应的教育干预策略,使顶岗支教的教育价值得到更为充分的发挥。
Post-substitution teaching is a practical exploration of the reform of the ways of training normal college students, the practice of which requires the care and response at the theoretical level. Using a variety of methods such as questionnaires, interviews and data analysis, this study has discussed the effect of post-substitution teaching on normal college students' professional identity. Results show that their professional identity has significantly enhanced,but in reality, there exist contradictions between professional identity and career choices; that their discipline identity has been enhanced, while there exist obvious differences among different disciplines; and that normal college students have become more self-conscious of their discipline, but have been confronted with different levels of role conflict.Therefore, we need to take appropriate educational intervention strategies so as to give full play to the educational values of the post-substitution teaching.
