摘要
为探讨红景天的最佳提取工艺,并对其含量测定.采用均匀设计法,选用U5(53)进行均匀设计实验,以黄酮含量为指标,紫外分光光度法考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度对红景天黄酮含量的影响.结果显示:红景天的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度80℃,乙醇浓度70%,料液比1:5,该工艺条件下红景天黄酮的含量最高,为3.75%.该实验结果可为红景天的提取选择提供科学依据.
To extract and determine content of the flavone of Rhodiola rosea L. The extraction condition by uniform design was optimized,and U5( 53) was selected to do the uniform design experiment. The uniform design method was applied to investigate the effects of alcohol content,liquid ratio,and extraction temperature on the result of extraction. The content of the flavone of the Rhodiola rosea L. was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrop hotometry. The extraction conditions were optimized with the extraction yield and the mass fraction of flavone of the Rhodiola rosea L. in the extract as indexes. Exacting process were optimized of the flavone of Rhodiola rosea L. as follows: Temperature is 80 ℃,the alcohol content is 70% and liquid ratio of 1: 5( g / m L),the extraction ratio of flavone is 3. 75%. The result of this experiment can provide evidence for the further development and application of the extraction technology of the flavone in the Rhodiola rosea L.
