摘要
为得到刺苋多糖的最佳提取工艺,以提取温度、提取时间、液料比为工艺条件,多糖提取率为响应值,采用响应面法优化提取刺苋多糖的最佳提取工艺.结果表明,刺苋多糖提取的最佳工艺为:提取温度80℃、提取时间130 min,液料比32 m L/g,在该条件下,测得刺苋多糖的提取率为60.78 mg/g,与预测值相对误差为1.25%,说明该回归方程模型具有较高的拟合度,可以用于刺苋多糖的提取工艺优化.
The extraction of polysaccharides from Amaranthus spinosus was optimized by response surface methodology. The process parameters of the extraction were adopted including such dependent variables as extraction temperature,extraction time and liquid to materials. Results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Amaranthus spinosus were: temperature 80℃,time 130 min and liquid-to-material 32 m L / g. The yield of polysaccharides could be up to 60. 78 mg / g under the optimal extraction condition,the relative error was 1. 25% compared to the predictive value,which indicated the regression equation model fitted well with the experimental data. Result could be used to optimize the extraction of polysaccharides from Amaranthus spinosus.
