阻断ELISA与病毒中和试验检测PPR抗体的比较分析

Comparison of ELISA with the virus neutralization test for detection of peste des petits ruminants antibodies in sera

为选择一种简便、快速、敏感性高、特异性好的小反刍兽疫(PPR)血清学检测方法,本实验收集了506份山羊和绵羊血清样品,采用ELISA和病毒中和试验(VNT)两种方法对PPR病毒(PPRV)抗体进行检测。结果显示ELISA和VNT检出的阳性率分别为44.9%和48.6%。两种方法的符合率Kappa值为0.925,表明这两种方法具有较高的一致性,但ELISA更简便、快速、敏感,更便于基层单位使用。本研究为PPR血清流行病学调查及疫苗免疫效果评价方法的选择提供相关的技术参数。

To choose a simple, rapid, high sensitivity and specificity method for serological detecting of antibody against peste des petits ruminants virus （PPRV）, the ELISA and virus neutralization test （VNT） were compared by detecting 506 sera samples collected from sheep and goats. The detection results indicated that the positive rates were of 44.9% for ELISA and 48.6% for VNT, respectively, and the value of Kappa was 0.925, which demonstrated that two methods had high consistency. However, the ELISA was easy to perform and could be used in serological profiling of PPRV in mass screening of samples for sera-surveillance and vaccine immune effect evaluation.
