矿井火灾疏散中安全管理员情境意识影响因素的研究

On the affecting factors of the safety managing situation awareness in the mining fire evacuation

情境意识是一种理解信息、整合信息的能力,对于矿井发生火灾时安全管理人员做出正确决策指挥疏散有着至关重要的作用,但目前国内对于情境意识的研究几乎完全局限于航空领域。因此,在情境意识现有理论和矿井事故研究成果的基础上,提出了矿井安全管理人员情境意识影响因素的假设,构建了情境意识影响因素理论模型。通过编制测量问卷,利用因子分析过程对测量问卷进行了检验。通过AMOS解释结构方程模型的方法验证了假设的正确性和模型的合理性,获得了各影响因素对于矿井火灾疏散时安全管理员情景意识产生的影响大小,并根据各因素的影响大小提出了针对性措施。结果表明,将航空功效领域的情境意识理论应用于矿井火灾疏散研究具有可行性。

The paper presents its analysis of the importance and the role of the study of the situational awareness in hoping to enhance the controlling and management power in case of the mining fire,though it remains an entirely new topic in safety control field. In view of the situation in-situ,we would like to put forward a hypothesis of the influential factors of the managers＇ situational awareness and build up a situation awareness model in the mining fire evacuation. To achieve the aforementioned purpose,we have first of all developed a testing and measurement questionnaire,on the basis of the situational awareness and the research achievements. And,secondly,we have adopted the influential factors analysis method to test the questionnaire. And,consequentially,we have tested and proved the hypothesis by way of the structural equation modeling,and the impact size of all the respective factors so as for the safety managers to be able to heighten their situation awareness. In addition,we have also brought about the specific measures in view of the impact size of each factor. The final testing and application results demonstrate that the hypothesis is right,whereas the model tends to be rational and reasonable.What is more to be stressed,we have also introduced the situation awareness model into the field of aviation ergonomics and into the study of the mining fire evacuation,which all turn to be successful and applicable after somewhat simple modification. Thus,it can be said that the research is of great significance for the mining management and mine fire emergency rescue.
