大牛地气田水平井井眼轨道参数对携液能力的影响

摘要 针对大牛地气田水平井携液难度大、井内易积液等问题,建立了不同井眼轨道参数下的仿真模拟井眼轨道和受力模型,分析井眼轨道参数对水平井携液能力的影响。研究表明,大井眼曲率及最终井斜角大于90°有利于井内携液,双增井眼轨道稳斜段井斜角应尽量避开40°至70°造斜段,等靶前距条件下加大稳斜段长度有利于携液。在DPH-19井与DP55S井实践应用中,对井眼轨道参数进行适当优化后,井内携液能力有所提高。 In order to improve the liquid - carrying capability and remove liquid loading, the simulation well path and force models are built under different well path parameters, and then the influence of the well path parameters on liquid -carrying is analyzed. The results show that the liquid -carrying capability can be improved with bigger borehole curvature and the end drift angle being above 90°, and the drift angle of holding section of double - building well path should avoid 40° - 70°. Besides, it is also proved that the liquid - carrying capability can be improved by prolonging the length of holding section. The analysis of field application shows that the liquid - carrying capability of well DPH- 19 and DP55S is good with bigger borehole curvature, which indicates that the liquid - carrying capability of horizontal wells can be improved with optimized well path parameters.
