摘要
义工组织是公民自发组成的、不以物质报酬为目的的公益慈善组织,义工组织与其服务对象之间"无合同关系、无亲属关系、无友情义务"。社会信任是义工组织生命力的源泉,转型期不信任的社会环境严重影响和制约了义工组织的健康发展。内外兼修,从内在能力建设和外在监督约束两方面积极培育社会信任关系是义工组织实现社会价值和公益目标的理性路径选择。
A volunteer organization refers to the not- for- profit,spontaneously formed philanthropy organization. It has no contractual relationship,kinship or the obligation of friends between the voluntary organization and its service object. Social trust is the source of vatality of a volunteer organization,therefore,the mistrust in the period of transformation has seriously influenced and constrained the sound development of it. It's a reasonable option for a volunteer organization to make coordinated internal and external efforts,actively developing social trust relationship by forstering inner capability and supplying institution.
