摘要
应用机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS/Car,对工矿车辆解放CA141进行三维实体建模,并以露天矿常用的沙石作业道为道路模型做其平顺性分析,主要研究对象是驾驶室地板处和车架的振动情况,分析结果表明,该车在低速区段完全满足平顺性要求,但在高速情况下平顺性有所下降,与实际工况相符合,针对该情况提出了改进方案。分析结果可以为该车辆平顺性的进一步优化提供理论基础。
The 3D solid modeling of industrial vehicle-Liberation CA141 was established with the application of mechanical system dynamics software ADAMS/car. And then the ride comfort analysis was performed under the model of sand and gravel road in the open pit mine field. The main research object was the vibration of the cab floor and frame. The analysis results indi- cated that this kind of vehicle can meet the requirements of ride comfort completely in the low speed section. However, the ride comfort decreased in the case of high speed. This was consistent with the actual conditions. Therefore, we put forward the im- provement scheme in view of this situation. The results of this analysis can be the theoretical basis for a further optimization.
