摘要
为了研究干燥滚筒中颗粒运动所形成的料帘质量,建立滚筒的三维仿真模型,采用离散单元法对骨料颗粒在滚筒内摩擦和碰撞等运动过程进行数值模拟,并分析了滚筒在生产参数和叶片结构参数发生改变的情况下滚筒内料帘的分布情况。仿真分析结果表明:干燥滚筒的生产参数和扬料叶片的结构参数均会对筒内料帘的形成造成影响,所以,合理地选择滚筒参数可以使骨料颗粒在筒内形成均匀的料帘,使得颗粒与筒内热气流充分接触,有利于颗粒与热气流之间的换热,从而提高干燥滚筒的生产效率。
In order to research the curtain material quality formed from the motion of particles in a rotary dryer, a 3D simulation model of the roller was established. The motor process, such as the friction and collision in the roller, of the particle material was simulated using discrete element method. The distribution of material curtain inside the roll was analyzed in the condition of changing manufacture parameters of roll and structure parameters of the blade. The simulation results showed that the manufacture parameters of the dryer and structure parameters of the veiling flights would affect the form of material curtain inside the roll severely. Therefore, the roll parameters could form the homogeneous material curtain to make sure that particles can contact adequately with the heat flow. It would help the heat exchange between the particles and the heat flow. Therefore, the manufacture efficiency of rotatory dryer could be improved.
