面向个体差异的工作座椅座面设计研究

Study on work seat cushion design facing individual differences

通过体压测试和问卷调查,分析个体差异对座面舒适性的影响。结合BMI与体脂率,筛选出偏胖、正常、偏瘦3类人群。采用体压测试法,分析个体差异对体压造成的影响;结合调查问卷,进行个体对座面感觉的主观分析;最后综合客观与主观分析得出个体差异对座面舒适性有明显影响的结论,并提出可满足个体差异的座面设计方案。试验结果的分析及设计方案的提出可为后续的座椅设计和研究提供辅助与支持。

In order to analyze the possible effects of individual differences on the comfort of seatcushion, the body pressure distribution test and questionnaire survey were performed. According to the BMI and body fat rate, the subjects were divided into three groupsincluding overweight,normal and underweight. The body pressure distribfition data of every subject was obtained, and the questionnaire survey forevery subject was conducted. Combining the objective analysis with subjective analysis, a conclusion was proposed that the individual differences indeed affect the comfort of seat cushion, and a seat cushion design scheme which could satisfy the needs of individuals was put forward.The analysis for experimental results and the proposal of design scheme offered guidelines and supports for future seat design and research.
