韩国城镇化中的新村教育及对我国农民培训的启示 被引量:5

摘要 新村教育是韩国新村运动的核心,经历了不同的发展阶段。新村教育的成功之处在于一是依据城镇化进程适时调整政府角色,二是积极引导各种资源承办新村教育,三是依据城镇化的进程及时调整培训内容与培训方法。新村教育是正规教育与非正规教育融合的典型代表,可为我国当前的农民培训提供参照。
