摘要
综述了含磷胺类固化剂、含磷酸酐类固化剂和含磷羟基类固化剂的研究新进展。并通过防火等级UL94、极限氧指数(LOI)和失重率等阻燃性能参数对它们的阻燃性能进行了评价。最后对含磷阻燃环氧树脂体系研究的未来进行了展望。开发具有环境友好、低毒低烟和高效阻燃等优点的环氧树脂在电子电气和航天航空领域的应用具有深远意义。
The recent development in the synthesis of phosphorus amine curing agent, phosphoric anhydride curing agent and phosphorus hydroxyl curing agent were reviewed. And the flame retardant parameters of UL94 tests,limited oxy- gen index(LOI) and char yields were evaluated. Finally, the article was closed with a prospect on phosphorus-containing ep- oxy resin. The great significance was given to develop advanced epoxy resins and enlarged the application area of using ep- oxy resins in the field of electronic equipment and aerospace, because of the advantages of their environment friendly, low smoke, low toxic and high efficiency.
