环糊精-抗菌剂衍生物抗菌应用研究进展

Progress in antimicrobial application of cyclodextrin-antibacterial derivative

随着科学技术的发展,研究者们发现的抗菌物质也越来越多,但多数抗菌成份由于其特殊的性质而限制了其应用领域的拓展。环糊精是一种化学性质稳定的糖类物质,水溶能力弱,与抗菌成份的复合可以使其应用更为广泛。环糊精-抗菌剂衍生物现已广泛应用在食品、医药、化学等领域,因此对环糊精-抗菌剂衍生物的抗菌研究做了综述及展望。

With the development of science and technology,more and more antimicrobial materials are found by re- searchers. Due to antibacterial components had unusual character,its application was limited to a certain extent. Cyclodex- trin is a carbohydrate with steady chemical property,and the poor efficiency of solubilization capacity. So the application of cyclodextrin composite with antibacterial components will be more extensive. Cyclodextrin derivatives has been widely used in food,medicine,chemistry and other fields. Research on cyclodextrin derivatives was summarized,and the prospect of ap- plying was also presented.
