MWNT-COOH/PUR复合材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要 用端羧基聚丁二烯丙烯腈橡胶(CTBN)和三乙醇胺(TEM)酯化反应生成多羟基橡胶(f-CTBN),按不同物料比例f-CTBN和聚乙二醇(PEG),掺杂硅皂土和羧基功能化多壁碳纳米管(MWNT-COOH),以二环己基甲烷-4,4-二异氰酸酯(H12MDI)为固化剂聚合得到聚氨酯(PUR)复合材料,其中改变f-CTBN,PEG和MWNT-COOH的含量来探究其复合的最佳条件,通过力学性能测试、在饱和蒸汽中的气敏响应测试,判断其结构稳定性而综合评价,为下一步探讨半导体材料研究作为基础工作。 The triethanolamine carboxyl terminated poly(butadiene co acrylonitrlie) (f-CTBN) were polymerized on the basis of the carboxyI terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile(CTBN) and poly ethylene glycol(PEG),and then introducing carboxylated multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNT-COOH), using f-CTBN and H12 MDI to compound the polyurethanes (PUR) composite. To attain the best property of compound material, the content of f-CTBN or PEG were changed and adding with inorganic compound such as MWNT-COOH,silicon bentonite to the PUR. The performance experiments such as mechanical testing and gas sensitivity in the saturated vapor pressure of liquid reagent were finished, as semiconductor material was expected to be used in the future.
