摘要
双马来酰亚胺(BMI)作为聚酰亚胺树脂的单体,其纯度不高会造成后期加工成型工艺难以控制,并对最终材料的性能造成影响。经过对其提纯工艺的研究,发现采用微孔过滤,而后乙醇洗涤的方案,能够便捷的将产品纯度提高到98%以上。同时,对凝胶时间的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,产品中甲苯不溶性杂质对凝胶时间的影响较大,适量的过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)能有效促进凝胶的形成。
Since bismaleimide can be used as the monomer of polyimide resin, purity is important for its technical ap plication. The bismaleimide purify method combining microporous filtration and alcohol washing method was investigated, which can obtain the final product with the purity upper 98 %. The relationship between purity and gel time was also ex plored. Possessing inexpensive,easy operation properties,the purification method was suit for industrial operation. And the obtained product can meet the machining requirement.
