摘要
利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和偏光显微镜研究了芳酰胺类β成核剂TMB-5作用下聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)非等温结晶行为,比较研究了二者共混方法的影响。实验结果表明TMB-5对PVDF有良好的成核作用,能显著提高PVDF的结晶速率,降低PVDF结晶所需过冷度。但不同TMB-5和PVDF的混合方式(溶液共混和熔融共混)下,TMB-5对PVDF非等温结晶行为的促进作用具有较大差别。即,相对于熔融共混,溶液共混会促使TMB-5自组装为比表面积更小、分散欠均匀的片状形态,弱化其对PVDF的成核作用。
At presence of nucleating agent(TMB-5) ,non-isothermal crystallization of poly(vinylidene fluoride) were studied and the different effects of two mixing approaches (solution blending and melt blending) were compared. The ex- perimental results showed that TMPr5 was a good nucleating agent for PVDF and thus significantly promoted the crystalli- zation rate and reduced the required degree of super cooling. Moreover, different mixing approaches affected the nucleating efficiency of TMB-5. Compared to the melt blending,during solution mixing, TMB-5 self-assembled into a flake morphology with smaller surface area and poor uniform dispersion,which weakened it's nucleation for PVDF.
