中国大气环境绩效的空间差异、动态演进及其驱动机制——基于2006-2014年省际面板数据的实证分析 被引量:5

摘要 基于生态效率理论创建了一种新型的大气环境绩效衡量指标,并以2006-2014年省际面板数据为样本,实证考察了中国大气环境绩效的空间差异、动态演进特征及驱动机制。研究发现:中国大气环境绩效严重偏低,空间差异特征显著,大气污染减排潜力巨大;样本期内中国大气环境绩效保持了持续增长的态势,但增速放缓,并呈现出完全依赖技术进步的单轮驱动模式;各省份的大气环境绩效呈现出明显的两极分化特征,落后省份赶超先进省份的难度加大。 Based on the eco-efficiency theory, this paper proposes a new index for measuring air environmental performance, and investigates the spatial differences, dynamic evolution and driving mechanism of China's air environmental performance during the period 2006 to 2014 using provincial panel data. The empirical results show that China's air environmental performance is generally low with large potential on air pollution emissions reduction,and spatial differences are distinctly. In the sample period, China's air environmental performance has been always maintained the upward trend, while the growth rate has descended, and technology progress is the main driving force for promoting China's air environmental performance. The air environmental performance of China's provinces shows characteristic of polarization, showing that it is more and more difficult for the backward provinces to exceed the advanced provinces.
