摘要
结合30 t轴重无砟轨道结构设计原则,通过不同的试验数据、理论计算等,得到30 t轴重重载无砟轨道设计参数,提出适用于山西中南部铁路通道工程30 t轴重重载铁路隧道内无砟轨道设计方案,并结合既有无砟轨道调研病害情况,提出具体的优化建议措施;优化后的重载无砟轨道试验及开通后运营良好,为试验段重载无砟轨道结构在山西中南部铁路通道隧道内及其他重载铁路的扩大试用奠定了基础。
Based on 30 t axle load ballastless track structure theoretical calculation and experimental data, design parameters for 30 t axle load ballastless track are obtained and the design scheme for hallastless track structure in the tunnel is proposed and specific optimizations are recommended in view of the existing hallastless track defects. The optimized heavy load hallastless track is tested and remains in good condition in service, which have laid foundation for further application of such heavy ballastless track in the tunnels of Shanxi center-south railway and other heavy haul railways.
