摘要
研究地铁车辆基地从设计、施工到运营的PLM(工程全生命周期管理)的过程,对提高设计、施工质量,保证运营安全具有重要意义。通过对地铁检修基地项目中BIM应用的关键环节及流程进行研究,探索出一套符合地铁检修基地的BIM协同设计、施工、运营维护的方法,确定目前技术条件下基于BIM技术的设计及成果转化的方法和步骤,为BIM技术在地铁领域的应用奠定基础。
The research on PLM (total project life cycle management) process, including design, construction and operation of metro depot is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of design, construction, and the safety of operation. This paper studies the roadmap and key technologies of BIM related to metro depot, and defines the methods and procedures for design and achievements transformation based on BIM technology under current technical conditions, which have laid a foundation for the application of BIM technology in metro.
