美国社交媒体记录捕获归档的思考

Thinking on American Social Media Capture and Archiving

微博、微信以及博客等自媒体的广泛传播,不仅改变了信息的传播方式,而且给档案管理带来了新的挑战。美国各联邦机构纷纷实施社交媒体策略,并采取了相应的捕获归档方法,对社交媒体记录的长久利用起到了重要作用。本文分析了美国社交媒体记录捕获归档实践,以期为我国的社交媒体记录长期保存起到一定的借鉴作用。

The widespread use of owned media such as microblog, we-chat, blog, etc., not only has brought great challenges for the traditional media, but also is changing the way of archival management. American federal agencies have taken positive social media strategies and corresponding capture methods, which generates an important influence on permanent access of social media records. In the paper, the au- thor analyzes the capture practice of American social media records, in order to give an consultation for the permanent access of Chinese social media records.
